DebbieMindful is dedicated to helping you de-stress, relax, increase your awareness, feel energised and promote a feeling of acceptance - all of which will help to reduce life's pressures. She is looking forward to holding sessions which will be a blend of guided meditations, gentle stretching and breathing exercises.

The sessions are open to beginners and those with previous experience, the groups will be small and facilitated in a caring, friendly manner.

Cost is £10/session or £8/session if paid at least a week in advance
