Zoe Channon has been teaching Pilates in Sevenoaks for over ten years and is very excited to be offering classes at the Stag.

These Pilates classes will focus on alignment, control, strength and flexibility making you feel taller and more connected with your body.

Classes are for everyone from complete beginners to those with experience, whether you are recovering from an injury or training for a marathon. Individual attention is guaranteed thanks to small class sizes and exercises can be modified to suit your specific needs.
