How to Book
Tickets can be booked online; over the phone on 01732 450175 for collection from the box office or in person at our box office open every day (including weekends and bank holidays) between 1pm-8pm. We only close on Christmas Day!
We regret we cannot deliver tickets by post.
Babes in Arms
Babes in arms (up to 12 months) are welcomed for free to family shows and must be seated on an adult carer’s lap. All other children must have their own purchased seat.
Disabled Customers
If you or your guests would like a wheelchair or transfer seat, we are happy to help but they must be booked in advance. One companion/carer will be admitted free (*). We would ask that you let the box office know any specific requirements you have when you book. More information on accessibility can be found in the access section below.

General Access and Booking
One necessary companion will be admitted free (to theatre and cinema events) to most performances/film screenings with appropriate documentation.
Lift access is available from the ground floor to The Stag Theatre, The Footlights Bar.
Fully accessible toilets can be found on the ground floor of the building including at the rear of the building at The Stag Plaza. There is also an accessible toilet on the first floor on the same level as The Stag Theatre and The Footlights Bar.
Guide and registered assistance dogs are welcome at The Stag Sevenoaks. Please try do let us know you are coming so we can assist you.
Please be aware that we are unable to provide wheelchairs.
Stag Theatre Access
The Stag Sevenoaks offers a maximum of two wheelchair spaces in The Stag Theatre which are located on row A.
It is essential to pre-book wheelchair spaces for the theatre and to arrive in sufficient time to be in your space for the performance. Theatre seats must be removed to provide space for your wheelchair which may not be possible at late notice.
Stag Cinema Access
We have level access to cinema screens one and two, with one wheelchair space available in each screen. Please call our Box Office team who will assist you with your booking.
Stag Plaza Access
Ground floor access is available for The Stag Plaza. Please call our Box Office team if booking Stag Plaza performances.
Donations
The Stag Sevenoaks is a charity and receives virtually no local authority funding support. If you would like to make a donation or to set up a bequest to help develop the theatre, please give us a call on 01732 460170. Thank you.
Stag Volunteers
We rely heavily on the hard work of its volunteers whose jobs include front of house, bar and kiosk as well as back office and backstage. Would you like to become a Stag Volunteer? Training is provided and volunteers can watch shows for free.

* Family tickets consist of either 2 adults and 2 children OR 1 adult and 3 children.
What is the difference between peak and off-peak cinema tickets?
Peak tickets cover films that are screening past 5pm on weekdays and all screenings on weekends and bank holidays. Off peak tickets cover cinema shows before 5pm on weekdays.
At what age is an adult/senior citizen?
Adult tickets apply for those aged 18 and above for the Stag Cinema. Adult tickets apply for those aged 16 and above for live events. Senior citizen discounts can be given to a customer aged 65 and over for the Stag Cinema and live events.
What ID is acceptable?
The Stag Sevenoaks will only admit customers to films in accordance with the certification assigned by the British Board of Film Classification and we are required to check the age of anyone who looks (or we believe may be) underage. If you look younger than the age required for a film you may be asked to provide identification. We are unable to accept any individual’s word on their age or the age of someone in their party. If you cannot prove your age and we believe you to be underage we regret you will not be allowed entry.

Can I change my tickets to another day?
If you wish to change the date or time of a live event you have booked for a different performance of the same event this can be done for a small fee of £1.50 up to 24 hours before the start of the show by contacting our Box Office team. If you wish to change the date or time of a cinema ticket this can be done for a small fee of £1.50 up to just 2 hours before the start of the film through our Box Office team. We regret we cannot change tickets for a different event or film screening and we cannot change a ticket for a performance which has already taken place.
What gift vouchers do you sell?
Stag gift vouchers are available for both Stag Cinema screenings and live events in the building. National Theatre Tokens are available for live events only. Both can be purchased in person at the Box Office.
How do I use my e-tickets/booking email?
After purchasing tickets online you will receive a booking email containing details of your purchase including a QR code, a reference number and your seat numbers where relevant. You can print out your booking email and show it directly at the door but why not save paper and ink and show them on your smart phone/tablet to a member of staff.
When will I receive my ticket?
Telephone bookings can be collected from our Box Office by using the booking collection code by our box office staff given when initially buying tickets over the phone.
Online bookings are sent immediately by email. Your confirmation email serves as an E-Ticket which can be used to enter a show or screening.
Please do be careful when making your purchase and enter your email details carefully. Unfortunately The Stag Sevenoaks cannot be responsible for mistakes you make when buying tickets.
For security, and to ensure you receive your tickets prior to the event, we do not send tickets via post.
What payment methods and credit/debit cards do you accept?
Tickets can be booked online, on the telephone or in person. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Solo. If booking in person at box office, or buying from our kiosks, we also accept contactless card payments along with many phone and watch based payment systems such as Apple Pay and Revolut. Please do ask a member of staff if you are unsure as to whether your payment method will be accepted.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Shortly after booking via our website you will receive a confirmation email which acts as your e-ticket. You can show your e-tickets to our stewards on the day of your performance to go straight into your performance or film. Please do be careful when making your purchase and enter your email address carefully. Unfortunately The Stag Sevenoaks cannot be responsible for mistakes you make when buying tickets. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact our Box Office team who will be able to assist.
How and when can I use my gift voucher/theatre token?
You can purchase either National Theatre Tokens or Stag Vouchers at The Stag Sevenoaks. They can be redeemed at the Box Office at any time. Stag Vouchers and National Theatre Tokens cannot be redeemed for Stag Select screenings. All vouchers can only be redeemed via our Box Office. I can no longer come to an event, do I get a refund?
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase except where an event is cancelled by The Stag for reasons within its control.

What day do you announce new film listings?

When can I book for Bargain Wednesday?
Bargain Wednesday special offer tickets must be purchased on the day to receive this offer. Cinema screenings for Wednesday can be booked before Wednesday, however you will not receive the offer.
Do you show special screen/event/art house cinema?
The Stag Sevenoaks shows special interest screenings and Event Cinema content as part of our Stag Selected screenings. See our homepage for our selection.
How long are the adverts?
Unfortunately we are unable to state the running length of cinema adverts as this varies per screening. You can check with our Box Office staff on the day to find out advertisement lengths.
Live performances do not show adverts before the start of the show. Normally live theatre performances shown as part of our Stag Select season do not show adverts before the start of the show.
Do you have Parent & Baby and Autism-Friendly screenings?
Parent & Baby and Autism-Friendly cinema screenings are put on whenever we can. These are performances with lower volume, brighter lighting and other people in the same situation – so no need to remove babies that cry! Check our website for when performances take place.
Do you screen 3D films?
We don’t currently screen 3D films.
Do you provide booster seats?
The Stag Sevenoaks provides booster seats for cinema screenings only. Do ask a member of our Box Office for more information.
What if I’m running late to the cinema?
Latecomers to the cinema can enter after the screening has begun but we do ask you to be mindful of other customers.
Can I take my baby into the theatre/cinema?
Babes are welcome to family performances. Children under the age of 12 months will be admitted free of charge to family shows if seated on carer’s lap. Please be prepared to take your child out of the event/cinema screen if they cause a disturbance to other members of the audience.
What if I’m running late to the theatre?
Latecomers to live events will only be admitted at the discretion of the Event Manager and then only at a suitable break in the performance.
Can I leave my buggy somewhere?
We are sorry that we do not have any storage facilities for prams, buggies or shopping. Large bags or suitcases cannot be taken into the theatre.

What is the Stag Development Fund?
£2 from the sale of each ticket goes to The Stag Development Fund to support exciting new activities, events and opportunities for all of those who use The Stag Sevenoaks.
