How to book:
Tickets can be booked in the following ways: Online at www.stagsevenoaks.co.uk; Over the phone (01732 450175) for collection from the box office (We regret we cannot deliver tickets by post); or in person at the box office open Monday-Saturday 1pm-8pm, Sunday 1pm-8pm. Babes in arms (up to 12 months) are welcomed for free to family shows and must be seated on a carer’s lap. All other children must have their own purchased seat. Please be prepared to take your child out of the auditorium if they cause a disturbance to other members of the audience. Latecomers will be admitted to shows at the discretion of the Front of House manager and when there is a suitable break in the performance. Gift vouchers are available from the box office and can be exchanged for Stag Theatre, Stag Plaza and Stag Cinema events.
If you or your guests would like a wheelchair or transfer seat, we are happy to help but they must be booked in advance. One companion/carer will be admitted free (*). We would ask that you let the box office know any specific requirements you have when you book. More information on accessibility can be found in the access section below.

The Stag Art Wall:

The Stag Theatre, Stag Cinema, Stag Plaza, Stag Cafe and additional meeting rooms are all available for hire for performances, business events and private functions.

The Stag Sevenoaks is pleased to offer a maximum of two wheelchair spaces in the main theatre which are located along row A.
It is essential to pre-book wheelchair spaces for the theatre and to arrive in sufficient time to be in the auditorium for the performance. After a wheelchair space is booked the theatre seat is removed and is NOT available for the event performance.
A wheelchair space is available in each cinema. Please call our Box Office team who will assist you with your booking. Please be aware that we are unable to provide wheelchairs.
- One necessary companion will be admitted free (to theatre and cinema events) to most performances with appropriate documentation.
- Level access to cinema screens one and two, with one wheelchair spaces available in each screen.
- Lift access from ground floor to main theatre, theatre bar/Stag Café.
- Fully accessible toilets can be found on both cinema and Stag Café floors and at the Stag Plaza.
- Ground floor access to The Stag Plaza.
- Guide and registered assistance dogs are welcome at The Stag Sevenoaks. Please try to let us know you are coming so we can help you.

The theatre relies heavily on the hard work of its volunteers whose jobs include front of house, bar and kiosk as well as back office and backstage. Would you like to become a Stag Volunteer? Training is provided and volunteers can watch shows for free.

The Stag Sevenoaks, London Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1ZZ
The Stag Sevenoaks is conveniently located in the centre of Sevenoaks and can be found next to the post office on London Road which joins on to the High Street adjacent to HSBC.
There is pay and display car parking at the rear. This car park can become busy on show nights so please allow enough time to park. There are a number of additional car parks in the centre of Sevenoaks and within a short walk of the theatre. Download the parking app on the Apple App Store or Google Play to get maps and live updates for spaces.
The theatre is a fifteen minute walk from Sevenoaks train station – turn right when you leave Sevenoaks Rail Station. See the National Rail Website for train times. Sevenoaks bus station is a short walk to the theatre. The town is served by Go Coach, Arriva & Metrobus.
When do you open?
The Stag Sevenoaks is open seven days a week and is only closed on Christmas Day! Our regular opening hours are:
Monday to Saturday – 1pm to 8pm
Sunday – 1pm to 8pm

What is the difference between peak and off-peak cinema tickets?
Peak tickets cover films that are screening past 5pm on weekdays and all screenings on weekends and bank holidays.
Off peak tickets cover cinema shows before 5pm on weekdays.
What payment methods and credit/debit cards do you accept?
Tickets can be booked online, on the telephone or in person. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Solo. If booking in person at box office, or buying from our kiosks, we also accept contactless card payments along with many phone based systems such as Apple Pay. Please do ask a member of staff if you are unsure as to whether your payment method will be accepted.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Shortly after booking via our website you will receive a confirmation email which acts as your e-ticket. You can show your e-tickets to our stewards on the day of your performance to go straight into your performance or film. Please do be careful when making your purchase and enter your email address carefully. Unfortunately The Stag cannot be responsible for mistakes you make when buying tickets. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our Box Office team who will be able to assist.
When will I receive my ticket?
Tickets are available for collection from our Box Office when booked by telephone by using a collection code given when making your booking. Bookings made online are sent immediately by email. Please do be careful when making your purchase and enter your email details carefully. Unfortunately The Stag Sevenoaks cannot be responsible for mistakes you make when buying tickets. For security, and to ensure you receive your tickets prior to the event, we do not send tickets via post.
How do I use my e-tickets/booking email?
After purchasing tickets online you will receive a booking email containing show details inclding a reference number and your purchased seats.You can print out your booking email and show it directly at the door but why not save paper and ink and show them on your smart phone/tablet to a member of staff.
What ID is acceptable?
The Stag Sevenoaks will only admit customers to films in accordance with the certification assigned by the British Board of Film Classification and we are required to check the age of anyone who looks (or we believe may be) underage. If you look younger than the age required for a film you may be asked to provide identification. We are unable to accept any individual’s word on their age or the age of someone in their party. If you cannot prove your age and we believe you to be underage we regret you will not be allowed entry.
Acceptable ID must include a photo and should be one of the following: Current passport (or a clear copy of one), Photo driving licence, Student Card/School Pass (with a photo and date of birth), a ValidateUK card, or age related scheme (such as the UK PASS Scheme card or Citizen Card).
Can I take my baby into the theatre/cinema?
Babes are welcome to family performances. Children under the age of 12 months will be admitted free of charge to family shows if seated on carer’s lap. Please be prepared to take your child out of the auditorium/cinema if they cause a disturbance to other members of the audience. Parent and Baby cinema screenings often run on Tuesday at 10:30am. These are performances with lower volume, brighter lighting and other people in the same situation – so no need to remove babies that cry! To find out more click here.
When can I book for Bargain Wednesday?
To receive the Bargain Wednesday special offer tickets you will need to be purchase tickets on the day. Tickets for Wednesday Cinema screenings can be booked in advance, however tickets will be full price.
What if I’m running late?
Latecomers to live events will only be admitted at the discretion of the Front of House Manager and then only at a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers to the cinema can enter after the screening has begun but we do ask you to be mindful of other customers.
What gift vouchers do you sell?
Stag gift vouchers are available for Stag Cinema, Stag Theatre and Stag Plaza events. Theatre Tokens are available for live performances only. Both can be purchased in person at the Box Office.
How and when can I use my gift voucher/theatre token?
National Theatre Tokens, can be redeemed at the Box Office at any time for Stag Theatre or Stag Plaza performances. Stag gift vouchers, can be redeemed at the Box Office at any time for most live events and cinema screenings. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Stag Selected screenings. All vouchers can only be redeemed via our Box Office. If you are uncertain about what performances or films you can redeemvouchers with please contact our team on 01732 450175.
How long are the adverts?
Unfortunately we are unable to state the running length of cinema adverts as this varies per screening. You can check with our Box Office staff on the day to find out advertisement lengths.
Can I /How do I hire the cinema/theatre/space for shows, private parties or business meetings?
There are multiple spaces available for hire here at The Stag Sevenoaks.

What is the Stag Development Fund?
£1 from the sale of each ticket goes to the Stag Development Fund to support exciting new activities, events and opportunities for all of those who use The Stag Sevenoaks.
How do I become a volunteer?
We are always looking for new volunteers to join our friendly front of house team.

Can I change my tickets to another day?
If you wish to change the date or time of a theatre performance you have booked for another performance of the same show this can be done for a small fee of £1.50 up to 24 hours before the start of the show by contacting our Box Office team. If you wish to change the date or time of a cinema ticket this can be done for a small fee of £1.50 up to just 2 hours before the start of the film through our Box Office team. We regret we cannot change tickets for a different show or film.
I can no longer come to an event, do I get a refund?
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase except where an event is cancelled by The Stag for reasons within its control.

Where is the nearest car park?
There are a number of car parks in Sevenoaks town centre, including a pay and display car park in South Park directly behind The Stag Sevenoaks. Full details of car parking in Sevenoaks town centre can be found by clicking here.
How can I get to the Stag?
Train: Approx 1km from Sevenoaks railway station. Turn right out of the station and head towards Sevenoaks town.
Bus: Sevenoaks is served by a number of bus operators for bus details call Travelline on 0871 2002233.
Car: We are at TN13 1ZZ, just 10 minutes from the M25.
